RÝNSKÝ
The name of our early music ensemble carries a special meaning – RÝNSKÝ in Czech is an adjective – rhenish (of the Rhine and the regions adjoining it).
RÝNSKÝ is a dynamic collective of qualified and experienced young musicians dedicated to the historically informed interpretation practice of music of the 17th and 18th centuries. Based in Basel, Switzerland, the ensemble consists of alumni of the renowned Schola Cantorum Basiliensis. With their exceptional musical talent, the individual members of RÝNSKÝ have performed countless times on important stages of the European early music scene and participated in a number of important festivals and performances.
